Starting this week, I will begin posting about healthy habits for gymnasts. Boring, right? You happen to be wrong. ReplyDeleteI love your blog! Are you going to post stuff for athletes in general from time to time? (Such as stuff that isn't specifically for gymnasts?)
ReplyDeleteTechnically, all my posts are things that everyone could use. The thing that mostly makes this website for gymnasts is the way in which ideas are presented. I'm sure that any athlete could find some of the information here helpful! I'm not quite sure yet if I will do things specifically for other sports though.
